About the Program

The Aboriginal Best Start Hub is a family support program designed to promote the healthy development of children aged 0-6 years and their families. The program functions as a one-stop centre providing culturally appropriate support to families in the area of child health and development, positive parenting, promoting and building life skills and providing access to information, resources and referrals to additional support services, with an overall goal to promote the health and well-being of Aboriginal families in Sioux Lookout and surrounding area.
